Patrick and Beth are members of Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett’s Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act and War Hazards Compensation Act defense team. Both attorneys have previously spoken at industry symposiums. Patrick recently spoke on a panel at the Willis Towers Watson Defense Base Act Symposium on “DFEC Changes & Impacts to the Industry: Update from the DOL and the Industry Defense on the Recent PTSD Changes.” Beth spoke on a panel at the 72nd Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference® about new case law developments affecting the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extensions.
