Ney Gehman and Andrew Miner Present “Fraudulent Claims” for Harmonie Group Transportation Seminar

Harmonie Group seminarAttorneys Ney Gehman and Andrew Miner co-presented “Fraudulent Claims: From Suspicion to Conviction, a Case Study,” at The Harmonie Group’s Denver Summer Transportation Seminar. The event for the organization’s trucking and transportation legal networks was held at TopGolf Centennial in Denver, Colorado, on August 13th.

The seminar brought together leading defense attorneys to network and gain insights on the most pressing issues in commercial transportation litigation. Catastrophic loss exposure, AI and privilege concerns, trucking liability, policy limit demands, and CDL-related defense strategies were among the topics that were covered at the seminar.

In June, Ney and Andrew co-presented “Inside Louisiana’s New Bad Faith Landscape” at The Harmonie Group’s 2026 Northwest Arkansas Transportation Seminar.

The Harmonie Group, founded in 1992, is an invitation-only international network of elite and vetted law firms providing defense services to corporations, TPAs, insurance companies, RRGs, and captives. Each firm must meet the organization’s standards, ethics, and values before being invited to join.
