Mike Parks was nominated and accepted as a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (“IADC”) in 2019. On August 16-18, 2021, Mike attended the 2021 IADC Annual Meeting in Chicago as a First Timer, and he enjoyed CLE presentations such as Closing Arguments in the ficticious case of The City of Chicago v. The IADC has been serving a distinguished membership of corporate and insurance defense attorneys and insurance executives since 1920, and the Chicago meeting was a celebration of its 101-year anniversary. The activities of the IADC benefit the approximately 2,500 invitation-only, peer reviewed members and their clients, as well as the civil justice system and the legal profession. Moreover, the IADC takes a leadership role in many areas of legal reform and professional development.
