Neuner encompassed leadership expertise from his time attending the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center and served at LSU’s Journal of Energy Law and Resources as the Senior Online Articles Editor.
Enhancing his career path, Neuner flourished as a Judicial Extern for Magistrate Judge Patrick Hanna at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana in Lafayette.
Resources for the Future, a non-profit organization in Washington, D.C., is where Neuner worked as a research intern and authored the “Evidence on Processing Time, 2002-2014” paper on the Environmental Protection Agency’s New Source Review (NSR) authorizing programs under the supervision of the former Chief of the Natural Resources, Energy, and Agriculture Branch of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget.
Neuner has been included in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch 2023 for Insurance Law. He has gained knowledge in areas including personal injury, environmental disasters, and class action settlements while managing cases for both the defense and plaintiff.
