Noah BorerNoah Borer’s practice focuses on the defense of employers and insurance carriers in claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, and War Hazards Compensation Act.

Prior to joining Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett, Noah’s practice primarily focused on claims arising under the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Act, allowing him to gain vast experience in litigation, arguing motions, taking depositions, and advocacy through legal writing. His experience cultivating trust with his clients is an asset to the firm. “I am always available to my clients and take the time to develop long-term relationships with them. Courtney Sylvester

Courtney Sylvester’s practice focuses on the defense of employers and insurance carriers for claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, and War Hazards Compensation Act.

Courtney has an outgoing personality and establishes rapport easily with others. Client satisfaction is one of her highest priorities. “I believe the best way to achieve client satisfaction entails two main factors. The first is always being available to speak with my clients and answer any questions they may have accurately and completely.
