Noah Borer’s practice focuses on the defense of employers and insurance carriers in claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, and War Hazards Compensation Act.

Prior to joining Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett, Noah’s practice primarily focused on claims arising under the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Act, allowing him to gain vast experience in litigation, arguing motions, taking depositions, and advocacy through legal writing.
