Jazmine A. Duarte, of counsel

Jazmine Duarte is an accomplished civil litigator and trial attorney, whose practice focuses on trucking, transportation, and insurance defense litigation. Additionally, she has extensive experience in personal and commercial auto insurance coverage analysis and litigation.

Levi Darby Henderson, associate
Levi Darby Henderson’s practice focuses on defending civilian contractors and their insurers for claims arising under the Defense Base Act. His experience includes handling claims involving psychological, hearing loss, orthopedic, and gastrointestinal injuries across multiple Office of Administrative Law Judges districts.
He is a skilled investigator, and adept at identifying fraud and developing zero-award defenses. “Sometimes, you’re able to find one big piece of information that anchors your argument. Prior to joining MBLB, William gained valuable experience as an Orleans Parish Assistant District Attorney and a legal assistant in a personal injury law firm.
