Jazmine A. Duarte, of counsel

Jazmine Duarte is an accomplished civil litigator and trial attorney, whose practice focuses on trucking, transportation, and insurance defense litigation. Additionally, she has extensive experience in personal and commercial auto insurance coverage analysis and litigation.

Jazmine worked for nearly three decades in the staff counsel department of a top national insurance carrier. “I use the strong communication and interpersonal skills that I have developed in my leadership roles to understand my clients’ needs, develop strong professional relationships with them, and advocate for them at every stage of the litigation process.” More >

Levi Darby Henderson, associate

Levi Darby Henderson’s practice focuses on defending civilian contractors and their insurers for claims arising under the Defense Base Act. His experience includes handling claims involving psychological, hearing loss, orthopedic, and gastrointestinal injuries across multiple Office of Administrative Law Judges districts.

He is a skilled investigator, and adept at identifying fraud and developing zero-award defenses. “Sometimes, you’re able to find one big piece of information that anchors your argument. Prior to joining MBLB, William gained valuable experience as an Orleans Parish Assistant District Attorney and a legal assistant in a personal injury law firm. While attending Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, Brooke was a Rule XX Legal Student Practitioner at the Criminal Defense section of the Stuart H.
