Claire Colomb’s areas of practice include the defense of employers and insurance carriers for claims arising under the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Act, Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, and War Hazards Compensation Act.

Claire served as a Rule XX Student Practitioner in the Stuart H. Denise LedetDenise Ledet’s area of practice is focused on the defense of employers and insurance carriers for claims under the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Act and the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Act. For the past thirty years, she has been a proven trial attorney who has represented clients in the areas of insurance defense, federal and state workers’ compensation, commercial litigation and collections.

Christopher Seemann

Christopher Seemann’s practice focuses on personal injury litigation, specifically construction and trucking and transportation law, including catastrophic loss, rapid response evidence preservation, and civil federal court practice based on diversity subject matter jurisdiction. Chris has also represented premises owners in slip-and-fall cases.

Chris is meticulous in formulating a plan to limit his insureds’ exposure from the outset of a case to its disposition.
