Lejla Alibasic, Associate

Daniel R. Estrada, Of Counsel

During his years of extensive practice, Daniel has represented insurers as well as national and regional automobile, manufacturing and retail companies. He approaches each matter with the mindset of obtaining the best result for his client. He thinks outside of the box, tailoring his strategy to his client’s needs and expectations, whether that means obtaining an early beneficial resolution or litigating the matter to trial and appeal. “I am a great listener. Samantha began her career in state and federal civil litigation defense. Her years of experience defending LHWCA, DBA and WHCA claims, as well as employment law, medical malpractice and premises liability cases, is an asset to the firm’s clients.
Samantha has developed a reputation in the Defense Base Act practice area for achieving favorable results. Prior to joining Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett, Annie gained valuable experience handling misdemeanor and felony cases at the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s office as an Assistant District Attorney and law clerk.
