MBLB Sponsors the Young Lawyers Section’s NOBA Cornhole Classic

NOBA Cornhold ClassicMouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett was proud to be a sponsor of the 2026 NOBA Cornhole Classic hosted by the New Orleans Bar Association Young Lawyers Section (YLS). The event, which was held on July 9, 2026, at the Urban South Brewery, was a benefit for The Pro Bono Project.

Teams from area law firms and judicial chambers are invited to competed in a bracket-style cornhole tournament. This year, MBLB was excited to take home three trophies: third place in the tournament with Brooke Rance and Aaron Broussard, Best Trick Shot by Connor O’Brien, and third place for most creative name “Habeuscorn-pus” submitted by Hieu Scott Le.

Also in attendance were associate attorneys, Grace Babin, Alex Domingue, Jakob Jackson, and William Murphy.

About The Pro Bono Project

The Pro Bono Project is a non-profit organization that provides free civil legal services to low-income residents in the greater New Orleans area. MBLB has adopted the month of July for our attorneys to volunteer at the organization’s Civil District Court Self-Help Resource Center.

Later this year, The Pro Bono Project will celebrate 40 years in service to the New Orleans community.
