Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett, LLC (MBLB) and Nalley, Dew and Miner, LLC (Nalley) merged effective April 14, 2025, continuing under the name of Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett, LLC. In celebration, we hosted a Welcome Luncheon for our newest team members from Nalley.

MBLB’s Team Lounge was standing room only as we all enjoyed a delicious spread of chicken penne pasta, jambalaya, pin wheels, chicken salad croissants, Caesar salad, and roasted vegetables and dips. Georges Legrand and Mike Parks gave welcome speeches and there was lots of chatter as we got to know each other a little better. We may not know everyone’s names just yet, but we know we share the same MBLB Core Values, trust, intentionality, pride, and community.

The merger brings together two defense firms that have decades of experience handling claims in the insurance, maritime, transportation, and workers’ compensation practice areas.
