Managing Member, Alan Brackett said, “We’re excited to establish a larger office to accommodate our team in Chicago. What started as three attorneys has now grown to eleven, and we wanted to create a professional space for our team and plan for continued expansion. The office has a great location and will serve us well for the next several years.”

The new office embraces a more contemporary working style and offers a mix of private and collaborative areas.

MBLB expanded to Chicago in August 2024. The office is focused on the defense of employers and insurance carriers for claims arising under the Defense Base Act. The firm handles DBA claims nationwide, so having an office in Chicago dedicated to this practice area has helped the firm expand its influence and reach.
