This past December, Associate Eric Winder Sella moderated a panel for the New Orleans Bar Association (NOBA) “Procrastinators’ Programs CLE” at the Pan Am Building. Eric’s panel covered professionalism and was titled, “Professionalism: Play Nice in the Sandbox, and Other Kindergarten Lessons for Lawyers.” The program consisted of professionalism practice tips for young lawyers by young lawyers when faced with the demands of clients, supervisors, and colleagues. Eric is a regular speaker at the Procrastinators’ Programs, having moderated panels since 2015.

Founded in 1924, the New Orleans Bar Association represents the interests of lawyers and judges in the New Orleans area. The Bar is dedicated to promoting justice, educating its members, and enhancing the legal profession. The Young Lawyers Section is where new lawyers get to know one another and the local legal community, network with experienced professionals, and offer valuable community service in the New Orleans area. Eric regularly chairs, speaks, and emcees YLS events, including providing evening entertainment at the annual Bench Bar Conference.
