Of Counsel Daniel Estrada and associate Lejla Alibasic traveled to Scottsdale, Arizona, to attend the LCLD Fellows and Pathfinders Spring Meetings, that were held March 11th – 13th,  and March 9th – 11th respectively. Daniel was accepted into the 2026 LCLD Fellows Program and Lejla was accepted into the 2026 LCLD Pathfinder Program in November of last year.

Managing Member Alan Brackett was accepted for membership in the LCLD in January 2021. The organization is comprised of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners. LCLD’s action programs are designed to attract, inspire, and nurture the talent in society and within organizations, thereby helping a new generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.

LCLD FELLOW PROGRAM

The LCLD Fellows Program offers high-potential, mid-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds at LCLD Member organizations the opportunity to develop leadership skills and build meaningful relationships within the legal profession.

Selected by the general counsel and managing partners at LCLD Member corporations and law firms, the LCLD Fellows—practicing attorneys with eight to 15 years of experience—participate in training sessions and are given opportunities to interact with key legal and business leaders of large U.S. corporations and managing partners from the country’s most prestigious law firms.

The LCLD Fellows Program also provides participants with the chance to learn from other legal leaders and experts in the learning and development field. Since its inception, the program has built a reputation for helping to launch participants into top legal positions.

LCLD PATHFINDER PROGRAM

The seven-month Pathfinder Program provides high-potential, early-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession while gaining foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources.

Designed as a supplement to training initiatives already in place at LCLD Member corporations and law firms, the Pathfinder Program offers practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies.
