MBLB is pleased to announce that Hieu T. Le has been accepted into the 2025 LCLD Pathfinder Program.

Alan Brackett, managing member of MBLB, was accepted for membership in the LCLD in January 2021. The organization is comprised of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners—the leadership of the profession—who have dedicated themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession. LCLD’s action programs are designed to attract, inspire, and nurture the talent in society and within organizations, thereby helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.

LCLD Pathfinder Program

The seven-month Pathfinder Program provides high-potential, early-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession while gaining foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources.

Designed as a supplement to training initiatives already in place at LCLD Member corporations and law firms, the Pathfinder Program offers practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies.
