Associate Alex Domingue will be presenting an ethics CLE at the 2025 South West Transit Association Summer University Conference & EXPO, being held in New Orleans, July 27 – 30, 2025. Alex will speak about the common ethical considerations that lawyers and organizational leaders need to be mindful of.
The South West Transit Association serves eight states – Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas – and provides resources, tools and networking to empower their members and the transit industry to improve public transportation and mobility through through leadership, education, communication, and advocacy.
Alex is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Ethics Advisory Service Committee. His article “Don’t Take Risks with 5.6,” was published in the October/November 2023 issue of the Louisiana Bar Journal, which he turned into a CLE for the LSBA Friday Ethics CLE Series in May 2024. He also presented the ethics CLE “LET THE COMPETITION BEGIN: A Discussion on the Prohibition of Non-Competition Agreements for Lawyers in Louisiana” at the 21st JDC Bar Association annual meeting in 2022.
