Shelby L. Robletto, Associate

Shelby Robletto’s practice focuses on the defense of employers and insurance carriers for claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, and War Hazards Compensation Act.

Prior to joining Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett, Shelby practiced at a national defense firm, handling the defense of claims in the practice areas of Defense Base and War Hazards Compensation acts and developing a depth of experience in pulmonary panel claims, where success often turns on the selection and management of expert witnesses.

Shelby is known for diving into the details of a case in its earliest stages and working closely with her clients to develop litigation strategies that actually reflect how they see the case and what matters to them. “I am keenly focused on maintaining clear and consistent communication with my clients while building practical and creative positions that will hold up under scrutiny and move their cases toward an efficient resolution.”

Outside the office, Shelby lives in Houston with her fiancé and their Golden Retriever, Labrador, and three rescue cats.
