Sarpreet K. Sodhi, Associate
Sarpreet Sodhi’s practice area primarily focuses on the defense of employers and insurance carriers under Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, and War Hazards Compensation Act.
Prior to joining Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett, Sarpreet clerked at a plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice firm in Chicago. This experience has given her specific insights into opposing counsel and working with doctors, an asset to the firm’s clients.
Sarpreet was highly involved in student organizations while attending University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. She was the Vice President of the Corporate Law Society and active member of the Women’s Law Caucus, First Gen Student Association, and Celtic Law Society. She was also an Extern for the Honorable Preston Jones, Jr. at the Circuit Court of Cook County, Law Division.
Sarpreet resides in Chicago. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, traveling, and cooking.
