Justin Jenkins is a dedicated litigator who focuses his practice on insurance defense, maritime, construction litigation, trucking and transportation matters, and auto dealership liability. He represents insurers, contractors, commercial carriers, and businesses across Louisiana, guiding them through complex legal disputes with a steady, strategic approach.

From early case evaluation and discovery to motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation, Justin handles every stage of litigation with efficiency and precision, while remaining focused on protecting his clients’ financial and business interests. Known for his attention to detail and strong written advocacy, he takes pride in breaking down complex legal issues into clear, practical guidance.

“My clients appreciate my responsiveness, accessibility, and straightforward communication style. With a background in communication, I bring a persuasive and thoughtful voice to my briefs and courtroom arguments, and pair preparation with an assertive, results-driven approach.”

During law school, Justin gained valuable courtroom experience while clerking for Judge Juana Lombard at Orleans Criminal District Court. There, he developed a solid foundation in courtroom procedure, motion practice, and judicial analysis experience that continues to inform his litigation strategy today.

A lifelong New Orleanian, Justin was born and raised in the city and is a graduate of Holy Cross High School. He lives in the Greater New Orleans area with his wife and their three children, Alex, Anthony, and Alina, and remains deeply connected to the community he proudly serves.
