Greg C. Fuxan, Special Counsel
Greg C. Fuxan’s areas of practice include trucking and transportation, insurance defense, general casualty litigation, products liability, and premises liability. Greg also has extensive experience in construction litigation, aviation litigation and corporate law. He has been both lead counsel and second chair counsel in trials in state and federal courts and has also participated in dozens of mediations.
Prior to joining Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett, Greg served as outside and in-house counsel for several national insurance carriers, including serving as the Vice President of a Fortune 500 insurance company and General Counsel for two private companies. This experience gives him inside knowledge of the issues that most concern his insurance and transportation clients. “I’ve seen claims from different viewpoints, so I know that understanding my client’s philosophy on litigation will help me be a far better conduit in handling their legal matters and minimizing their risks. Knowing what their goals are is critical for efficiently resolving a claim in a way that best serves the client’s interests and conserves resources.”
While attending Loyola University New Orleans Law School, Greg was a member of the Moot Court staff, where he won honors as a Top Oralist and served as a teaching assistant for two years.
