Evan J. Godofsky, Member
Evan Godofsky has extensive litigation experience in the defense of diverse commercial entities, including maritime, trucking and transportation companies and their insurers. He also has experience in the defense of a wide array of business owners in the areas of general casualty, toxic tort, wrongful death, and insurance defense. He has assisted his clients in obtaining many favorable outcomes, both in the context of alternative dispute resolution and in the courtroom.
Evan has handled numerous cases defending insurers and their insureds, including claims involving personal injury and death, property damage, products liability, oilfield remediation, redhibition, contract disputes, premises liability, Unfair Trade Practice claims, and construction defects.
Evan was born and raised in the greater New Orleans area and presently resides on the Northshore with his wife and two children. He devotes his spare time to his family, including coaching his son’s basketball team, being a cheer dad, and travelling.
