Dylan M. Madere, Associate

Dylan Madere’s practice focuses on the defense of employers and insurance carriers for claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, and War Hazards Compensation Act.

Before joining Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett, Dylan gained legal experience through his involvement in his family’s companies that provide marine construction, fabrication, and towing services along the Gulf Coast. Working closely on the legal aspects of the business throughout college and while attending Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law gave him a practical understanding of the challenges employers face and the importance of strategic, results-driven representation.

This client-focused approach was further shaped by his internship at the 24th Judicial District Court, where he deepened his knowledge of civil procedure and observed how adapting legal tactics to the specifics of each case can drive successful outcomes. “My goal is always to work hard and advocate strategically to achieve the outcome most favorable for my client.”

A native of Plaquemines Parish, Dylan enjoys exploring New Orleans’ diverse culinary scene, cheering on the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Pelicans, and spending time with his two dogs, Burreaux and Ollie.
