Craig W. Gardiner, Associate

Craig Gardiner’s practice focuses on the defense of employers and insurance carriers for claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, and War Hazards Compensation Act.

While attending Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, Craig participated in the Danny and Mary Becnel Trial Advocacy program. He competed in both the 2024 Trial Advocacy Intramural Competition, where he was awarded Best Cross Examination, and the Trial Advocacy Team, representing Loyola in the 2025 South Texas Mock Trial Challenge. Craig leverages his trial advocacy’s skills for the MBLB’s defense clients. “Trial advocacy gave me valuable exposure to the importance of both preparation and communication. I pride myself on always being prepared for a case throughout all stages of litigation and strongly advocate for my clients through clear and persuasive communication.”

Craig spends his free time hunting, fishing, and visiting with family and friends. He also enjoys cheering on the Mississippi State Bulldogs football and baseball teams.
