Brooke K. Rance, Associate
Brooke Rance’s practice focuses on the defense of employers and insurance carriers for claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, and War Hazards Compensation Act.
Brooke is detail-oriented and motivated. She is known for being personable and friendly, attributes that make her a pleasure to work with.
While attending Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, Brooke was a Rule XX Legal Student Practitioner at the Criminal Defense section of the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic. In this capacity she represented clients in various criminal matters, gaining hands-on courtroom experience and honing her advocacy skills which she leverages for her litigation clients.

Brooke was raised in Indiana, but came to New Orleans to attend law school. She fell in love with the city and the culture and is now living here with her two pet rabbits.
