Daniel J. Hoerner


Dan is a 1992 graduate of Loyola Law School, where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review.  He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts, the Supreme Court of the United States, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.  Dan is a member of the Louisiana State and American Bar Associations, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, and the Propeller Club, Port of New Orleans, where he previously served on the Board of Governors.  He is also a contributing writer to various trade publications.
