Trevor M. Cutaiar


Trevor joined Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett as an Associate in 2010.  During his time with the firm, Trevor has gained significant experience in admiralty and maritime litigation, insurance defense and Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act claims.  Further, a substantial part of his practice is focused on state and federal asbestos exposure cases involving a unique combination of Louisiana tort law, federal constitutional law, multi-district litigation and state and federal workers’ compensation schemes.

Trevor is a 2010 graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.  Before attending law school, Trevor earned a degree in Journalism at St. Bonaventure University near his hometown of Rochester, New York.  While studying at Loyola, Trevor had two articles chosen for publication as a member of the Loyola Law Review and served on the Editorial Board as a Casenote and Comment Editor.
